Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of SIM Development and Innovation to lead our SIM and Device team. As a key member of our mobile core team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our SIM cards and Remote SIM Provisioning technologies. Your expertise will be crucial in helping us deliver a single, global telecom platform that provides unparalleled business intelligence and insights to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Ownership: As the Product Owner for our SIM profiles, SIM vendors, SIM Applets, and OTA platform, you will be responsible for defining Electronic Profiles, managing vendor relationships, and documenting technical processes.
  • SIM Customization and Maintenance: You will be responsible for SIM customization, maintenance, and reprogramming, as well as managing the OTA APDUs, campaigns, and connectivity for the OTA platform.
  • Applet Development and Testing: You will participate in development projects regarding Applets and general architecture plans, and will be responsible for specifying Acceptance test documentation and participating in the execution of these test cases.
  • Standardization and Process Improvement: You will work to standardize SIM procedures for all vendors using generic profiles and equal processes, and will identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the end-user service quality, privacy, and security of our customers.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: You must have a strong technical background in telecom, smart card, and security, with experience in UICC/USIM card electric profile creation and validation, SIM customization, and Remote SIM Provisioning technologies.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: You must be able to lead a team, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and document technical processes.
  • Business Acumen: You must have a deep understanding of the telecom industry and the business needs of our customers.
