Job Title: Director, SIMS Analytics

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our SIMS Analytics team. As a key member of our Experience Organization, you will be responsible for driving the development of a marketing experimentation program for revenue optimization for the SIMS game.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement marketing experimental strategies to increase incremental revenue and advanced insights for optimization and future planning.
  • Lead informal teams across analytics and data science to create models and data solutions that identify and measure revenue opportunities.
  • Oversee the strategy and project coordination for gathering and analysis of consumer insights to measure and identify revenue opportunities for the SIMS.
  • Partner with the SIMS Brand and Franchise teams to gain agreement on revenue-based strategy, targets, and execution of plans resulting in positive business outcomes and measurement of value.
  • Lead in-depth discovery and exploration of the SIMS, working across Fan Intelligence Analytics & Data Science teams, Connected Technology, Fan Growth, and SIMS Data & Analytic teams to stay up-to-date with trends, player profiles, SIMS marketing learning agendas, campaign strategies, growth strategies, lifecycle email and marketing efforts.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years collaborating with teams across product, marketing, brand, analytics, and finance.
  • 5+ years influencing analytics strategy and leading complex projects.
  • 5+ years leading diverse teams of analysts, project managers, and consultants.
  • Project Management skills to handle competing schedules simultaneously.
  • Project risk identification and mitigation.
  • Experience presenting and conveying information understandably to varied audiences.
  • Experience leading formal or informal teams, including partner management.
  • Experience using analytics and data to influence decision-making.
  • Experience aligning with multiple teams to meet a unified goal.
Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location. EA has listed the base salary ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors, including education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES

  • British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):

o $151,800 - $208,900 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits, including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
