Job Description

Job Title: Supply Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Supply Officer to join our team at Audit. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement, storage, and distribution of goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procure goods and services from suppliers in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock rotation and storage.
  • Coordinate the delivery and dispatch of goods and materials to clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients regarding procurement and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
