We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in regional residential aged care facilities. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, resident-focused care and lead a team of carers and nurses.

The ideal candidate will be compassionate, resilient, and committed to delivering exceptional patient-centred care. They will have excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality resident-focused and clinical care utilising a person-centred approach
  • Effectively supervise and lead a team of carers and nurses by demonstrating our core values
  • Take an active role in getting to know our residents and their families
  • Undertake assessments, treatment, and documentation to the highest standard
Requirements:
  • Recognised tertiary qualification and current full registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant health authority
  • Demonstrated record of achievement and experience working in Residential Aged Care
  • National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Clearance
