We are seeking a skilled Office Administration Director to lead our administrative team and oversee the efficient operation of our office.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in office management.
Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, targeting an 85% success rate.
- Customer Relations: Maintain high levels of satisfaction through excellent service and support.
- Risk Management: Ensure all activities comply with legal and regulatory standards.
- Facilities Management: Oversee office space planning, maintenance, and improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field preferred.
- Proven experience in office management within a technical or administrative capacity.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management software, and relevant tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
