Safeguarding and Risk Governance Specialist

As a Safeguarding and Compliance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the highest standards of integrity and responsibility within our organization.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, providing guidance and support to ensure that all activities are carried out in a manner that promotes dignity, wellbeing, abilities, and independence.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and implement effective compliance strategies to minimize risk.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide training and support on safeguarding best practices.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide expert advice on safeguarding and compliance matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in compliance or safeguarding roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
