We are seeking an experienced and skilled Foreman to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating a team of sub-contractors to ensure the timely and quality delivery of a high-quality residential finish. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and coordinating sub-contractors to achieve project milestones
  • Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Coordinating communication between stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 3+ years experience in a 2IC/supervisory role
  • Commercial or class 2 residential build experience
  • A strong understanding of construction management principles
  • An ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and sub-contractors
