Job Title

A Finishing Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all finishing trades on construction sites.

The role requires a strong eye for detail and excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate all finishing trades including plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, joinery, glazing, and fitouts.
  • Ensure all work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality benchmarks.
  • Conduct quality inspections and coordinate defect rectification.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and the internal project team.
  • Maintain site safety standards and lead toolbox talks and safety briefings.
  • Monitor progress against program and report updates to the Project Manager.
  • Maintain daily site records, including delivery dockets, QA checklists, and defect reports.

This role is ideal for experienced individuals with a trade background or qualifications in Construction Management or a related field. Strong understanding of finishing sequences and industry standards is essential. Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings is also required.
