Job Overview

This role requires a senior professional to lead and coordinate the Asset Sales Hard assets team, ensuring effective collaboration, risk mitigation, and budgetary optimization while monitoring key performance indicators.

You will be responsible for building a sustainable team structure, promoting personal development, and optimizing financial results and commercial value from existing partnerships.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate team members in multi-country Asset Sales and Operations activities to maximize asset value and profit.
  • Balance financial results with commercial value from customer, vendor, and dealer partnerships.
  • Harmonize cross-departmental communication and lead country Asset Sales Specialists in portfolio reviews and sales reviews.
  • Align with GBU Sales and Asset Management stakeholders during portfolio optimization.
  • Share knowledge and implement best practices throughout the market.
  • Develop and manage new partnerships in new and existing markets.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of global and market systems for inventory remarketing.

Performance Metrics

  • Achievement of P & L budgets and other KPI's
  • Inventory levels under control
  • Strong regulatory compliance standards
  • Strong team profile/culture without silo mentality
  • Customer satisfaction measured via NPS

Your Profile

  • Minimum 5 years sales experience preferably in asset sales
  • Strong social and commercial skills, including communication, presentation, creativity, and collaboration
  • Strategic view of end-of-lease and asset sales
  • Active leadership by influence and experience in motivation and development
  • Ability to adapt to changes in strategic direction
  • Ability to solve challenges as they arise
  • Good knowledge of the assets leased across all Business units
