Job Title

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Property Professional to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties on behalf of clients.

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial properties with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Oversee capital works, prepare budgets, and deliver timely reporting to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and lease obligations.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to maintain presentation and performance standards.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to add value for both new and existing clients.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in the property industry and hold (or can obtain) a relevant license.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational ability.
  • A customer-first mindset and a professional, proactive approach.
  • Financial acumen and basic analytical skills to support property performance.
