Job Opportunity Overview

This role presents a chance to take on key responsibilities in managing water resource recovery assets. As a Senior Production Officer, you will be working closely with the team to oversee plant operations and maintenance.

Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and technical support to improve team performance and effectiveness.
  • Operate and maintain plants in accordance with health and safety protocols, quality management systems, and business continuity frameworks.
  • Conduct regular plant performance assessments and adjust process control parameters as needed.
  • Execute daily checks using available systems and processes.
  • Manage onsite safety and works coordination through implementation of safety procedures.
  • Participate in projects associated with plant operations, including condition assessments and project prioritization.
Requirements for Success:
  • High-level knowledge and extensive experience in a similar role are required.
  • Trade qualifications or equivalent experience in engineering or science are essential.
  • A current driver's license and own vehicle for travel across locations is necessary.
  • Ability to commit to working on a rotating roster is required.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office are expected.
