Job Summary

This role presents an opportunity to lead the operation and maintenance of water resource recovery assets, ensuring a high level of safety and compliance. As a Senior Production Officer, you will be responsible for implementing best practices in a diverse and dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in a similar role, with trade qualifications or equivalent experience. They will also have strong computer skills and be able to commit to working on a rotating roster.

  • Operate and maintain plant equipment in alignment with industry frameworks
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members
  • Undertake daily performance testing and adjust process control parameters
  • Manage onsite safety procedures including Permit to Work and Lock Out Tag and Flow Isolation
  • Actively participate in projects associated with plant operations and maintenance
  • Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure work orders are completed efficiently
Requirements
  • High level knowledge and extensive experience in a similar role
  • Trade qualifications (electrician / instrumentation specialist or mechanical) or qualifications in engineering / science or equivalent experience
  • Current driver's license and ability to travel across various locations
  • Ability to commit to working on a rotating roster
  • Computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
