We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Career Growth Specialist to join our Residential Communities Marketing Team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to grow your marketing experience and contribute to the delivery of integrated marketing strategies across several Greater Brisbane communities.

About the Role
  • Support Marketing Managers to execute marketing plans and key initiatives, driving business growth and success.
  • Assist with national and local lead generation campaigns, leveraging your creative skills to produce engaging content.
  • Contribute to new project launches, land releases, and rolling programs, working collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Implement database communications, developing strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain digital channels, including website, social media, and email marketing, to effectively reach and engage our target audience.
  • Delve into brand and positioning strategic development, ensuring our marketing efforts align with our company's vision and goals.
  • Manage collateral design and production, delivering high-quality materials that meet our brand standards.
  • Provide support to Marketing Managers to monitor expenditure in line with agreed annual budgets, ensuring responsible use of resources.

About You

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, including production of marketing materials, preferably in a residential communities setting.
  • Experience managing marketing agencies and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Project management expertise, with a keen eye for detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
