Reliability Operations Manager

Role Overview
\This is an exciting leadership opportunity at a leading stock processing plant located in Australia's country music capital and the heart of the New England.

\Main Responsibilities

- Lead a maintenance team of 8 and coordinate maintenance efforts to ensure the reliability and availability of equipment and assets across the site.\
- Develop and manage maintenance schedules to optimize equipment uptime and minimize disruption to production.\
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and supervise the team during the shift.\
- Perform inspections of equipment and facilities to identify issues and requirements; conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures or reliability issues.\
- Prioritize work orders by equipment criticality, safety and production needs.\
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance processes, reliability, and reduce downtime.\
- Ensure maintenance and safety compliance systems and documentation are actioned.\

- Mechanical/Electrical Trade Qualification\
- 5 years' experience in a Supervisory role or similar\
- Budgeting & Cost Control\
- Experience with Maintenance Planning Systems using Mex or similar systems\
