The role of Reliability Lead is pivotal to the success of our operation. As a senior maintenance professional, you will lead and manage a diverse team who are passionate about performance and driven to achieve great results.
This leadership position focuses on ensuring the reliability and availability of equipment and assets across the site, managing maintenance activities to optimize uptime and minimize disruption to production.
The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise the team during their shift, and prioritize work orders by criticality, safety, and production needs.
A key responsibility of this role is to drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, reduce downtime, and increase efficiency.
You will also be responsible for ensuring maintenance and safety compliance systems are actioned, and documentation is up to date.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a maintenance team of 8 to ensure equipment and asset reliability and availability
- Develop and manage maintenance schedules to optimize equipment uptime and minimize disruption to production
- Oversee daily maintenance operations and supervise the team during shifts
- Prioritize work orders based on criticality, safety, and production needs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and reduce downtime
- Mechanical or Electrical Trade Qualification
- 5 years' experience in a Supervisory role or similar
- Budgeting and Cost Control skills
- Experience with Maintenance Planning Systems
- Work Life Balance Rotating Roster 5:4 - 4:5
- 12hr shifts with rotating start and finish times
- 5 Weeks Annual Leave
- Farming, Meat Products Manufacturing, and Food and Beverage Manufacturing
