Help build out a brand-new function, taking what's currently handled across multiple teams and centralising it into a structured, scalable process. You'll own onboarding across APAC counterparties, streamline workflows, recommend policy improvements, and play a key role in building out the team long term

The role:

  • End-to-end onboarding across institutional counterparties (funds, trading entities, vendors, corporates)
  • Liaise directly with trading, legal, compliance, and finance teams
  • Manage due diligence, sanctions screening, and static data set-up
  • Support workflow improvements and the rollout of Fenergo
  • Team build out

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years' experience in KYC/AML onboarding (capital markets ideal)
  • Strong knowledge of AML/sanctions/beneficial ownership structures
  • Detail-driven, proactive, and confident communicator
  • Fenergo experience a plus
