We are seeking a Valet Associate to join our team. This role involves assisting guests with valet service inquiries or requests, dispatching staff to retrieve or park vehicles efficiently, and maintaining detailed records of all parked vehicles and guest interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests professionally and assist with valet service inquires or requests.
  • Dispatch valet staff to retrieve or park vehicles efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of all parked vehicles, key tags, and guest interactions.
  • Handle cashiering responsibilities including processing credit card and cash transactions.
  • Issue receipts, calculate charges, and ensure accurate handling of money and payment methods.
  • Perform start-of-shift and end-of-shift cash drawer counts and reconcile transactions.
  • Keep the valet booth clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Monitor valet flow and report any delays or issues to management promptly.
Requirements
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • A high school degree is preferred.
  • You should have one year of related experience with cash handling.
  • You must be able to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence.
  • You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • You must maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer.
  • You should provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner.
