Part-time Valet

Job Description

As a Part-time Valet, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our printing equipment and providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can:

  • Attend to print equipment at various customer sites to ensure high standards of copy quality, equipment cleanliness, and consumable management;
  • Provide first-level response on equipment faults and escalate specific technical issues to our Helpdesk;
  • Ensure paper stock is managed to agreed levels and fill paper trays;
  • Manage consumables and provide basic fault preventative servicing related to the printing equipment;

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical experience and problem-solving skills, with a desire to learn and develop their skills further.
