As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the planning and design of our fibre network. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on our business and help us deliver exceptional results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing pre-sales designs and cost estimates for connection requests and bids, as well as monitoring and managing network capacity. They will also plan and design optical fibre paths, utilising multiple assets including third party leased assets and civil construction.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will work effectively within a team, providing direction and guidance to colleagues as needed. They will also be responsible for creating splice schedules and designs, and ensuring that services are delivered within specified times.

Key qualifications for this role include previous experience in telecommunications, high-level project planning skills, good computer literacy, and proficiency in Microsoft software and GIS-based systems. Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail are also essential.
