Full Job Description
- Rubix is a privately owned Australian resourcing company that was designed by industry specialists to provide manpower services in the telecommunications fixed-line and wireless space. We offer a variety of simple and complex delivery solutions underpinned by more than fifteen years of extensive experience, incorporating professional consulting and subcontracting services throughout our field of expertise.
- Our client has recently won a large contract and is now looking for Fibre Splicers that have previously worked on the NBN network. You will have at least 3+ years splicing experience, and had experience with both single and multi-mode splicing.

**Experience**:

- Experience splicing on NBN networks
- Working in existing live FTP's and joints
- Working on live carrier Fibre networks
- Fault location and rectification
- Preparation of optical fibre and various enclosures
- Terminating large core counts and joint enclosures
- Ability to complete workbooks and fibre commissioning

**Requirements**:

- Valid Drivers license
- Construction industry white card
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Compliance with all OHS&E requirements
- Open Cable Licence
- Able to work both independently & in a team environment
