We are seeking a skilled Advanced On-site Technician to join our team at Fujitsu. As a key member of our service delivery provision, you will be responsible for providing technical support activities, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support for desktop, infrastructure, and services across multiple technology streams, including hardware, OS, software, networks, servers, and print devices.
- Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and follow Fujitsu's breach reporting process for any failed SLAs.
- Maintain and perform housekeeping of customers' physical infrastructure, including desktop equipment, peripherals, telephony, print devices, and audio/visual conferencing equipment.
- Manage customer expectations by keeping them updated on the progress of their case and notifying them of any delays.
- Log and maintain all customer interactions and activities in the correct client IT service management (ITSM) tool.
- Ensure that all timesheets and project efforts are accurately recorded and submitted on time as per company requirements.
- You will have experience troubleshooting and maintaining PCs in a Windows environment.
- You will have experience with end-user technology support, Windows family of Operating Systems, XP, and Windows 7.
- You will have a strong customer-focused approach in dealing with clients.
- You will have proven experience with desktop management tools.
- You will have proven experience in desktop, laptop, smart devices, and printer troubleshooting.
- You will have proven experience in troubleshooting software conflicts and performance issues.
- You will have proven experience in using desktop diagnostic tools.
- You will have basic knowledge of the ITIL framework.
- You will have current or reinstatable NV2 clearance minimum.
