About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers. This includes:

  • Supporting desktop, infrastructure, and services across multiple technology streams, including hardware, operating systems, software, networks, servers, and print devices.
  • Responding to and resolving incidents and service requests within agreed service level agreements and following Fujitsu's breach reporting process for any failed SLAs.
  • Maintaining data integrity within the CMDB through asset refresh, relocation, deployment, and decommissioning.
  • Maintaining and housekeeping customers' physical infrastructure, including desktop equipment, peripherals, telephony, print devices, and audio/visual conferencing equipment.
  • Managing customer expectations by keeping them updated on the progress of their case and notifying them of any delays.
  • Logging and maintaining all customer interactions and activities in the correct client ITSM tool.
  • Promptly escalating any operational issues.

About You

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and/or Experience

  • Minimum 7 months to 1+ year of experience in supporting end-user devices at level 1+ (remote support experience is also acceptable).
  • Level 1 and level 2 technical knowledge of hardware and peripherals, including laptops, notebooks, workstations, desktop PCs, printers, media, and audio-visual equipment, as well as BYOD and mobility.
  • Level 1 and level 2 technical knowledge of desktop and software applications, including operating systems (Windows 7 through 10), Microsoft Office 2007 through 365, antivirus software, and systems support in a small to medium business.
  • A basic understanding and knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, SCCM, End-Point Imaging.
  • Demonstrated entry-level or basic working knowledge of basic IT infrastructure and network equipment, including routers, switches, servers, virtualization, VPN, RSA, Citrix, VMware, and Hyper-Converged Infrastructures.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information to the target audience.
  • Ability to work well within a team while fostering relationships and partnerships.
  • Current or reinstatable AGSVA clearance is a must.
