Collection Strategist

This position is a great opportunity to guide and support our Accounts Receivable team in achieving their goals. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for championing process improvements, fostering growth, and building strong relationships across the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Support and guide Accounts Receivable Officers in their daily activities, promoting growth and achievement.
- Own and enhance AR systems and processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects.
- Prepare aged debtor reports and provide input on monthly write-off approvals.
- Monitor collection trends and identify opportunities for improvement, driving revenue growth and reducing bad debt.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and exercise sound judgement in decision-making.
