Procurement Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven procurement specialist to join our dynamic team in Adelaide.

  • Identify and assess potential property acquisition opportunities in line with company strategy.
  • Conduct due diligence, feasibility analysis, and risk assessment for proposed purchases.
  • Negotiate purchase terms and manage end-to-end procurement processes, including contracts and settlement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, landowners, legal representatives, and government authorities.
  • Track market trends and provide regular insights on property values, zoning changes, and development opportunities.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with legal, financial, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including planning, development, and finance to align procurement with project needs.
  • Maintain detailed records and reports on property transactions and pipeline.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 1.5-3 years of experience in property procurement & acquisitions.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Knowledge of South Australian property market and planning regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
