About Our Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Acquisitions Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our acquisition efforts, your role will be to source, negotiate, and secure high-quality properties that align with client strategies, market insights, and company goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Source and assess properties that meet client briefs and our standards.
  2. Lead negotiations with selling agents to secure terms that protect client interests and improve outcomes.
  3. Conduct thorough due diligence, including price and rental appraisals, pre-purchase inspection analysis, and other purchasing-related investigations.
  4. Ensure clients have a satisfactory purchase with no negative property or financial impact.
  5. Collaborate with our Strategy and Research divisions to align property targets with market timing and client goals.
  6. Maintain accurate and timely records in CRM and shared systems.
  7. Manage deals through to unconditional status and liaise with Settlement Support to ensure a smooth handover.
  8. Respond to feedback and incident reviews with improvement actions.
  9. Contribute to division discussions, training, and development initiatives.
  10. Apply feedback and coaching, and pursue self-development to continually elevate performance.
