About the team

We manage one of the most dynamic property portfolios in Australia with over 2500 retail locations around the country. Our team collaborates closely with various departments within the business to provide services ranging from site acquisition and leasing to development, construction, and asset management. About the role

This position involves delivering retail, industrial, and commercial projects with a focus on freehold development projects and leasehold industrial/commercial projects. You will work closely with the State Development Manager, overseeing the entire process from acquiring a site to planning approvals through to divesting properties.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Managing documentation for tenders and constructions
  • Partnering with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating pre-construction due diligence activities
  • Liaising with state leasing operatives to ensure concurrent submission of proposals and support
  • Monitoring project performance to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes
