Operational Technology Technician

At our mine site in Queensland, we are seeking an Operational Technology Technician to work as part of our team.

This full-time role involves undertaking preventative maintenance and providing technical field support for our operational technology systems. You will be responsible for ensuring day-to-day availability and maintenance of the site's operational technology systems and have experience with a range of technologies including fleet management, digital radio, network and servers, CCTV, wireless telemetry system, LTE networks, fuel management systems, and site security access systems.

The successful candidate will possess a trade certificate in auto electrical, radio/LTE/industrial wireless communications, electronics, or industrial electrical/instrumentation and have familiarity with mining operations technology, digital radio, fleet management, communication networks, control systems, and fuel management.

As the successful candidate, you will also have a proven track record of safety within an operational environment, effective prioritization skills, and the ability to execute tasks in high-pressure situations.

In this role, you will work closely with customers/partners/site departments and must have sound communication and interpersonal skills. An Australian C class driver's license is required, and coal mine exposure is advantageous.
