Mental Health Support Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate professional to fill the position of Mental Health Dual Diagnosis Support Worker. As a valued team member, you will collaborate closely with mental health professionals to provide support and advocacy for individuals with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with consumers, carers, and clinicians to enhance treatment experiences and outcomes.
- Provide effective linkages between services and advocate on behalf of consumers to ensure their voice is heard.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve care coordination and service delivery.

Requirements:- Certificate IV in Peer Work or willingness to undertake the qualification.
