Job Overview:

A comprehensive training program for recent law graduates to develop a career in corporate immigration law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage client workflows under supervision and maintain direct client contact, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of matters.
  • Prepare and file visa applications that meet legal requirements with the support of experienced lawyers, adhering to regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Draft legal documents, client correspondence, and conduct day-to-day liaison with clients, providing exceptional service and maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Assist in client interviews and complete legal research in a fast-paced environment, leveraging expertise and resources to drive results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Recent law graduate or soon-to-be admitted lawyer with excellent written and oral communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Focused on delivering exceptional client service with attention to organizational and time-management skills, ability to work independently, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in various systems and technology, with an effective team player approach and flexible attitude to adapt to changing circumstances.
