Restructuring & Insolvency Lawyer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced restructuring and insolvency lawyer to join our Brisbane office's Restructuring & Insolvency and Dispute Resolution team.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work closely with our Brisbane Restructuring & Insolvency partner and be part of our national practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide high-quality legal advice on complex restructuring transactions, cross-border matters, formal insolvencies, and adjacent litigation.
  • To work collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent client outcomes.
  • To contribute to the development of business strategy and growth initiatives.
  • To maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • At least three to five years post-qualification experience in restructuring and insolvency or dispute resolution.
  • A background in law with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and research skills.
  • Strong client service orientation and commercial skills.
  • Able to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Commitment to high work standards and attention to detail.
