About the Role

The Test Lead will be accountable for ensuring the quality and reliability of new and existing applications, products, and services.

  • Develop a comprehensive testing strategy and planning across all phases of testing.
  • Lead walkthroughs with stakeholders on the overall testing approach for initiatives.
  • Advocate for quality and continuous improvements across testing and delivery.
  • Apply advanced testing techniques (risk-based testing, BDD, TDD, 3 amigos) to enhance quality.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead a team of Test Analysts in building, defining, and maintaining regression suites in collaboration with Business SMEs.

  • Collaborate with Automation Analysts to support the automation of regression suites.
  • Support the onboarding of new team members and facilitate skills development for Test Analysts.
About You

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead who has a strong background in software testing and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum and Continuous Delivery.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
