KJR is seeking a highly skilled Testing Lead to join their team. This is an opportunity to work on large-scale software projects and drive quality assurance best practices.

**Job Description:**

We are looking for an experienced Testing Lead who can lead testing phases, create test strategies, plans, and test cases. The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading testing for large scale software projects and be able to mentor small teams of test analysts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead testing phases and ensure delivery of test phases on time and budget
  • Create test strategies, plans, and test cases
  • Mentor small teams of test analysts
  • Collaborate with other teams and external stakeholders to undertake preparation for testing, and issue and defect resolution

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience leading testing for large scale software projects
  • Experience in writing test strategies, plans, and test case creation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder management
  • Ability to define test cases, perform test execution, and defect triage
  • Experience with MS Dynamics 365 is essential
  • ISTQB certification is highly desirable
