About the Role

We are seeking a Cyber Security Risk Management Leader to join our team. This role involves managing a global team to develop and maintain a comprehensive cyber security risk management framework, identifying and assessing potential threats, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a robust cyber risk assessment methodology to identify, assess, and mitigate potential cyber security risks.
  • Renew all cyber security certifications by engaging with internal teams and governing bodies.
  • Collaborate with business units and risk functions to identify security requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance on cyber risk management best practices.
  • Participate in process enhancements to assess supplier security compliance.
  • Oversee interaction with cyber security auditors and regulators.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging cyber threats and control techniques.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in risk management, enterprise information security, and/or cyber security functions.
  • Proven experience with security frameworks and best practices for compliance (NIST, ISO27001).
  • Experience creating and maintaining cyber threat models and risk management frameworks.
  • Knowledge of IT security hardware and software, security suites, and identity and access management.
  • CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience leading multiple teams.
