As a Senior Analyst in Cyber Risk, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and fortifying control processes. Your focus will be on compliance, assurance, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the coordination of specific risk and control activities across Cyber Risk teams to ensure consistency and effective delivery of risk outcomes.
- Provide consolidated oversight of the Technology group's adherence to ANZ MU and Group Policy and Standards, as well as relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and elevate manual capability in risk reporting to harmonize, simplify, and transform our ways of delivering first-line GRC capabilities.
- Provide oversight of regulatory change to ensure compliance and monitor the introduction of changes to policy and escalate reports of significant risk and compliance outcomes.
- Academic or professional qualifications complemented by a bachelor's degree in technology or a related field.
- ISACA certifications (CRISC, CISA, CISM) are highly regarded.
- Excellent prioritization capabilities with an aptitude for breaking down work into manageable parts, effectively assessing the priority and time required to complete each task.
- The ability to effectively influence others to modify their opinions, plans, or behaviors.
- Commercial acumen, understanding of business needs, and commitment to delivering high-quality and efficient service to the business.
- Knowledge of industry information and technology risk management methods, standards, and processes (e.g. ISO, NIST, ITIL, COBIT, CRISC, CISA, TOGAF) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements.
- The ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences in an easily understood and actionable manner.
