Cyber Risk and Governance Expert Required

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Risk and Governance expert to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for leading small to mid-scale client engagements and supporting large-scale or strategic projects across various industries.

Our ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of hands-on experience with GRC and cyber strategy, as well as experience leading projects and managing customers. You will work closely with CISOs, engineers, and risk leaders to implement business-aligned controls using frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF & SP 800 series, and SOC 2, CPS 234 & APRA standards.

  • Conduct assessments to identify risk and control gaps
  • Develop and drive cyber strategy initiatives
  • Design and embed enterprise cyber risk programs
  • Write tailored policies, standards, and procedures
  • Guide clients through audits and regulatory reviews
  • Advise senior stakeholders on cyber risk posture and GRC strategies
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading project teams and managing customer relationships
  • Conducting risk assessments and developing remediation plans
  • Developing and implementing cyber strategy initiatives
  • Designing and embedding enterprise cyber risk programs
  • Writing tailored policies, standards, and procedures
Requirements:
