The Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to prepare and pack photo and video equipment ahead of events. The successful candidate will be responsible for thoroughly testing, packing, and checking inventory to ensure everything is complete and ready for use.

  • Preparing photo/video machines for events by testing, packing, and checking inventory
  • Following detailed rosters to guarantee every package is complete
  • Adding extra cables, parts, and backups based on event requirements
  • Flagging and assisting in resolving any issues with gear in advance
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • (Optional/preferred) Assisting with minor hardware repairs
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have excellent memory and attention to detail, be comfortable working with checklists, gear, and light tech setups, and possess good general computer skills. A flexible availability, including occasional last-minute requests, is also required.

This role could suit individuals who enjoy events, technology, or have experience working methodically with equipment. We value problem-solving skills, reliability, and a knack for remembering small details.
