">About the Role:">This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales Professional at our Epping Plaza store. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personalized services to customers, achieving sales targets, and completing operational tasks.
">Key Responsibilities:">- Deliver exceptional 1-on-1 selling skills while providing outstanding customer service experiences.
- Achieve beyond sales targets and KPIs through effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Work productively, individually and as part of a team to drive business growth.
- Flexibility with working across our seven-day store roster.
As a Sales Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
">- Creating professional and personalized service for our customers to find their ideal jewellery piece(s).
- Achievement of set sales targets and KPIs.
- Completing in-house training to keep up to date with product knowledge, sales skills and policies & procedures.
- Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising and general housekeeping.
