About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Development Enquiry Officer to join our team. As a Development Enquiry Officer, you will play a crucial role in reviewing planning matters, providing high-level problem-solving skills, and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning portal and review Development Applications (DAs) to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Provide verbal and written planning advice to stakeholders, addressing any issues with proposals before lodgement.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Planning, Building Surveying, Fire Safety, or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work in a team and autonomously.
