Role Overview

A key role has become available within our New Client Enquiries team, where you will be the first point of contact for all new incoming clients. As a Customer Service & Enquiries Officer, you will be responsible for an initial fact-find, attending to their initial queries, making a preliminary assessment, allocating solicitor/s who are best suited to help them and arranging client-solicitor meetings. You may also provide back-up administration support to lawyers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initial fact-find and client query management
  • Preliminary assessment and solicitor allocation
  • Client-solicitor meeting arrangement
  • Back-up administration support to lawyers

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a busy phone-based customer service role
  • Outstanding customer-service skills, patience, and empathy
  • Clear communication, warm, and friendly professional phone manner
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Fast typing/data entry speed (minimum 55-60wpm)
  • Genuine interest in the legal industry and a desire to progress your career
