We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our team as a Partner Data Lead, responsible for delivering transformative data products that meet the evolving needs of our partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for partner-oriented data initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement measurement frameworks, evaluating partner performance and the impact of co-designed data initiatives.
  • Provide commercial modeling and insights to inform investment decisions, optimizing partner partnerships and driving revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain data sharing capabilities, ensuring security, utility, and commercial outcomes.
  • Build and manage high-performing analytics teams skilled in data product development, behavioral analytics, and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in analytics, consulting, or a similar data-driven role, ideally with exposure to partner/agency-side dynamics.
  • 3+ years leading analytics or data product teams with a focus on external client or partner delivery.
  • Proven expertise in data product development, including articulating customer needs, shaping requirements, and delivering value through insight products.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience in business development, RFP/pitch responses, and financial modeling.
  • Ability to translate complex data into compelling insights for non-technical audiences.
