Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned technical professional to join our team as a Senior Technical Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Owning, investigating and resolving complex customer technical issues through expert analysis and troubleshooting skills.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to drive product improvements through automation techniques and diagnostic tools.

To succeed in this position, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and stakeholders.

In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with 5+ years of technical support experience or a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field, plus 3+ years of relevant experience. Additionally, you should have strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.

Key Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise: You should have a solid understanding of networking basics, including TCP/UDP, IP addressing, subnetting and the OSI model.
  • Infrastructure Experience: You should have hands-on experience with infrastructure and network administration, including troubleshooting large networks and familiarity with packet sniffers like Wireshark.
