Regional Compliance Leader for APAC Operations

We're seeking a highly skilled Regional Compliance Leader for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region to partner with business, legal, and public policy teams to drive global policy, compliance, and change management initiatives. As part of our team, you'll build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, influence local and global strategies, and assess compliance and risk issues.

This role requires a deep understanding of the business, internal programs, processes, and systems. You'll identify opportunities to improve the program, partner with stakeholders to mitigate risks, and report current state updates to senior leaders on a regular cadence.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the business and identifying areas for improvement
  • Partnering with stakeholders to develop and implement policies that address regulatory, compliance, and operational risks
  • Reporting key findings and recommendations to senior leaders
  • Providing strategic guidance on expansion plans and managing potential challenges

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management

• 3+ years of experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with independent contractor business models, package delivery, and/or compliance processes

• Law degree or experience with compliance in technology, infrastructure, or transportation industries

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to cater communications to different audiences

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
