As the Regional Compliance Leader for Asia-Pacific (APAC) at Amazon Flex, you will partner with business, legal, and public policy teams to drive global policy initiatives, assess compliance risks, and mitigate them through policy updates and program changes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a deep understanding of the business, internal programs, processes, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Partnering with stakeholders to identify regulatory, compliance, or other risks and improving policies
  • Reporting current state and status updates to senior leaders on a regular basis
  • Consulting on potential challenges and obstacles for expansions

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management
  • 3+ years of experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
