Key Responsibilities- Implement key finance governance initiatives, partnering with teams across Finance and the broader organization.
- Develop high-quality reporting for the Board Audit Committee, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Support the implementation of group-wide policies and frameworks within Finance, fostering a control environment that promotes risk management and compliance.
As a Financial Governance Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for enhancing the governance of the Financial Control Framework. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to develop commercial solutions while managing risk.
Requirements- Commerce/Accounting degree and professional accounting qualifications
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience in financial services or professional services
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in managing multiple workstreams and prioritizing tasks to execute on key deliverables
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to collaborate with and influence stakeholders across all levels
- An adaptable and agile mindset, with a genuine interest in understanding the corporate structure, businesses, and operating environment.
