Financial Advisory Manager

The Finance Advisory, Policy & Governance team provides technical accounting advice to the broader business, to support decision making that enables improved P&L and capital outcomes, and ensures financial and management reporting compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Accounting, Commerce (or similar) - Mandatory
- CA or CPA qualified - Mandatory

Experience
- 7-10 years in accounting advisory roles (focus on general insurance advisory - Preferred)
- Significant experience in a finance function in a medium to large financial services institution or

within an Audit & Advisory firm
- Managing or contributing significantly to the implementation and operationalisation of new

accounting standards - Preferred
- Managing Finance Advisory, Policy & Governance projects for M&A activity - Preferred
- Proven ability to manage a complex and ambiguous agenda in a changing environment
- Experience developing strong relationships based on mutual trust and respec
