You will be a key member of the Finance & Tax Integrated Controls & Monitoring team, supporting the implementation and oversight of key Finance governance and monitoring.

What role will you play?As a Manager in the Integrated Controls & Monitoring team, you will join a high-performing advisory function focused on enhancing the governance of the Financial Control Framework, delivering value to key stakeholders, including senior leadership. You will support the implementation of diverse, highly visible initiatives, partnering with teams across Finance and the broader Macquarie group to develop commercial solutions while managing risk. You will provide valuable insights and recommendations related to these initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the implementation of group-wide policies and frameworks within Finance, developing high-quality Board Audit Committee reporting, assisting other Finance initiatives in an advisory capacity, and overseeing and uplifting the Finance control environment.
What you offer- Commerce/Accounting degree and professional accounting qualifications
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably within financial or professional services
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and prioritising tasks to meet key deliverables
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels
- An adaptable and agile mindset, with a genuine interest in understanding Macquarie's corporate structure, businesses, and operating environment
