As a Manager in the Integrated Controls & Monitoring team, you will join a high-performing advisory function focused on enhancing the governance of the Financial Control Framework, delivering value to key stakeholders, including senior leadership.
You will support the implementation of diverse, highly visible initiatives, partnering with teams across Finance and the broader Macquarie group to develop commercial solutions while managing risk.
You will provide valuable insights and recommendations related to these initiatives.Your responsibilities will include supporting the implementation of group-wide policies and frameworks within Finance, developing high-quality Board Audit Committee reporting, assisting other Finance initiatives in an advisory capacity, and overseeing and uplifting the Finance control environment.What you offerCommerce/Accounting degree and professional accounting qualifications5+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably within financial or professional servicesStrong verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detailExperience managing multiple workstreams and prioritising tasks to meet key deliverablesExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levelsAn adaptable and agile mindset, with a genuine interest in understanding Macquarie's corporate structure, businesses, and operating environmentWe encourage anyone inspired to build a better future with us to apply.
