We are seeking a skilled and experienced Test Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing an organisational testing strategy while building a permanent capability of professional highly skilled testing resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Lead, manage and grow the testing team.">
  • Oversee test planning, development & execution of test cases, defect management and reporting across multiple projects or initiatives.">
  • Promote test automation to improve coverage and efficiency.">
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and other project stakeholders to embed quality into all stages of delivery.">
  • Establish and maintain test environments and support continuous improvement initiatives.">

Requirements:

">

To be successful in this role, you will have:

">

- Demonstrated experience leading a testing team or similar role in a fast-paced and large complex people-centred organisation, and with the ability to implement and direct changing priorities.

">

- Experience in establishing new team processes and procedures to achieve outstanding results.

">

- Applied experience with Agile testing methodology.

">

- ISTQB Certification is highly desirable.

">
