Job Description

The Test Lead is a key role in the Enterprise Test Team, focusing on implementing testing best practices. This involves executing test plans, coordinating daily testing activities, and mentoring Test Analysts.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Implementing test strategies to ensure effective execution across sprints.
  • Managing daily testing activities (sprint testing, defect triage, regression testing) and refining scope with Delivery Leads.
  • Overseeing test data setup, environments, and dependencies for Analysts and System Integrators.
  • Writing, executing, and optimizing manual/automated test scripts while maintaining artefacts in Azure DevOps.
  • Supporting risk assessments, bug tracking, providing progress updates, and troubleshooting with Analysts.
  • Providing guidance to Analysts, fostering a collaborative team culture, and role modelling One values.
  • Ensuring timely sprint outputs, project artefacts, and accurate reporting of testing progress and results.
