**About the role**:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Software Implementation Testing Lead to play a pivotal role in a major ERP implementation. Located in our Adelaide head office, you will head up the testing program for the project across the entire business.

You will work with the project SMEs to define test scripts, acceptance and exit criteria and all other test requirements. You will monitor and manage the testing program, ensuring that defects are accurately identified and assigned and are triaged through the process in a timely manner, upholding quality standards at all times.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the Testing function of the project.
- Develop test scripts.
- Manage and monitor the testing program including triaging defects and guiding them through the defect process, to resolution.
- Report on test results and the overall testing program.
- Develop status updates and contribute to program-level reporting.
- Champion good practice and coach peers on the importance of robust testing.

**Skills, Experience and Attributes**:

- ** **At least 5 years of test lead experience.
- Demonstrated experience with test management methodologies and tools.
- Testing experience on an enterprise-wide project strongly preferred.
- Professional qualifications in software testing strongly preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Proven eye for detail and high quality standards.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple streams of testing simultaneously.
- Ability to drive initiatives in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in delivering process or technology change initiatives.
